With its vast and largely unknown neurological networks, literature has shown that the brain constantly learns new actions in order to survive in a fast-paced world. But which networks are implicated in learning and performing these actions? Research has shown that the striatum is an important hub in learning while the amygdala determines the value of stimuli during learning. I aim to understand the network connectivity between the basolateral amygdala and the dorsomedial striatum in the context of learning and association
